FAQ

What insurance plans do you accept?

We are very proud of the quality treatment we provide to our patients and have chosen to not compromise our standard of your care due to plan limitations, frequencies and restrictions required for in-network providers. This means we are “out of network.” However, we are happy to submit your insurance claim for you to receive whatever coverage your plan will provide. Once we have more information about how your plan will work in our office, our financial coordinators are amazing at maximizing your plan for you.

What if I don’t have insurance?

Can you still help me? Yes! For those without insurance, we offer an in-house membership plan with no monthly premiums or deductibles. Whether you have insurance or not, we accept credit and debit cards, checks, and cash. We also offer payment plans through Compassionate Finance®

Do you provide services in languages other than English?

Yes! We speak multiple languages, including Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) as well as English.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Thursday from 7a.m. until 7p.m. We are closed Friday through Sunday. We strive to make accommodations for emergencies outside of office hours.

Do you offer emergency dental services?

Yes, we provide emergency dental care for both existing and new patients. For after-hours emergencies, please call our regular office number for assistance.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! We welcome new patients! To schedule an appointment, please call our new-patient line at (301) 507-0445.

What safety protocols do you follow?

Our practice adheres to all CDC and ADA guidelines for sterilization and safety. This includes standards for equipment sterilization, personal protective equipment, etc. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

Do you treat children? What's the minimum age?

We treat patients of all ages, from 2 to 102! We take pride in making dental visits comfortable for young children.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card
  • List of current medications
  • Completed new patient forms (available here)
  • Previous dental records if available
How often should I have a dental checkup?

We recommend routine cleanings and checkups at least every 6 months. Some patients may require more frequent visits based on their oral health needs.

Do you offer cosmetic dentistry services?

Yes, we offer veneers and teeth whitening. We also offer Invisalign® to straighten teeth.

Does your office do dental implants to replace missing teeth?

Yes, we offer dental implants, as well as dentures and bridges.

What special services do you provide?

Aside from general and cosmetic dentistry, we offer same-day crowns, Invisalign®, dental implants, and LANAP® laser treatment for gum disease.
